Are there discounts? - No, we scare everyone the same.

Is it scary? - Scary is relative. It's not a walk in the fluffy clouds. The scare is mostly hidden behind the doors. Enter if you dare.

I can't make it for the day i bought tickets for. - The tickets are good for any day.

How long is the line? - Earlier dates and times have faster lines. At its best, you get right in. At its worst, 2-3 hours. There IS food and socializing in the social hall where you wait.

How soon can we get into the social hall? - The doors open at 6:30pm.

Are tickets refundable? - No, but they are transferable. If you bought it on Eventbrite, send your name and/or your QR with the other person.

How long does the haunted house take to go through? - Everyone is different. It should take approximately 10 minutes.

Where does the money go? - These fundraising events enable us to provide financial support to RiteCare Scottish Rite Childhood Language Program dating back to the 1950s. The Tidewater Scottish Rite Valleys have supported the Old Dominion University Speech and Hearing Clinic which provides diagnostic and speech therapy services for adults and children with speech, language and hearing disorders.

The funds also enable us to support our Valley of Newport News Medical Equipment Center which provides durable medical equipment (hospital beds, wheelchairs, transport chairs, rollators, walkers, crutches, canes, shower chairs, potty chairs and more to those in need in our community FREE OF CHARGE. This year the Newport News Scottish Rite Medical Equipment Center is on track to provide equipment valued in excess of $700,000.00 to those in need in our area.
